MS. Gauri Bhopatkar
A lawyer by training Gauri started her career in the development sector in 1995 with National Centre for Advocacy Studies (NCAS) the then pioneer organisation in the field of social change and people-centred advocacy. Ms. Swati Deepak Bhalerao is graduated in Arts with specialization in English and has additional typing skill in Marathi and English. She is sincerely working with ECONET as an administrator since five years with dedication. Ms. Meghana Tattu
Meghana Tattu, working as an Accountant cum Finance Officer in Econet since last 1.5 years. She has total working experience of more than 12 years in NGOs. Her role in Econet is to maintain Books of Accounts of the Trust, financial management, Statutory Compliance related to Income Tax, FCRA, Charity Commissioner, etc.

Mr. Mukesh Gaikwad
Mr. Mukesh Gaikwad is the youngest person in ECONET who is working as office person since last six years. His main duties are to assist the Administrator, over all office maintenance, outdoor works like Bank related work etc., and daily routine work inside the office. Mr. Rahul Salvi
Rahul joined our ECONET team/Family in April 2014. He has over 9 years of working experience in various NGOs in Pune, where he implemented community outreach, leadership programme.

Apparao Rathod has started his work with ECONET team in April 2017. His Native place is Solapur (Mangalwedha). He has completed his master in Sociology from Savitribai Phule Pune University (SPPU) Pune in 2015. He is also qualified the NET & SET in Sociology and done D. T. ed. Mr. Swapnil Newale
Mr. Swapnil Newale joins ECONET as a “Program Manager” in the month of February 2019. Earlier he has an experience of almost 5 years in the firm namely CEE (Center for Environment Education) and one year in BNHS (Bombay Natural History Society). Adv. Vinda is working with Econet as a legal consultant since September 2017. At ECONET she is a part of the project called ‘Nomadic Research Centre’. Dhammaanand Olashkare
Dhammaanand was working with Bhumata NGO as a intern through this fellowship programme he wanted to work for NT, DNT issues his main focus to provide livelihood alternatives to NT, DNT youths which helps them to stop their migration. Basically, he is from SC community but he always connected with NT, DNT community and he has been seen their struggle for livelihood and other basic needs so he decided to work for these community and bring sustainable development in the same and also bring these community toward the mainstream.
Jagadish Atram
Jagdish has completed is masters in social work he came in ECONET; s contact by ECONET partner organization named NAVIUMED. Jagdish wanted to create legal awareness in terms of NT, DNT communities legal rights also wanted to working for weaker section of society by using various government schemes through this fellowship programme.
Priyanka Jadhav
Priyanka has completed her masters in social work with tata institute of social science now she is pursuing her Ph.D. on NT, DNT community. She has been working for NT, DNT community from last one decade she is also associated with various NGO, CBO those who are working for nomadic community in Maharashtra. Through this fellowship programme she wanted to focus on issues of NT, DNT women’s and their overall development.
Ramesh Malame
Ramesh is graduate Youngman with full of zeal and enthusiasm he is associated with youth group from his village and they have done various small campaign for the NT, DNT community development. He was always looking for a opportunity to work full fledge for the community with the help of reputed organization like ECONET. He wanted to work on education, addiction, employment issues of NT, DNT community through this fellowship programme.
Rohit Pawar
Rohit living in Jalgaon he has done his masters in social work with the specialization of urban and rural community development. He has intention to done MSW because he grown up by watching their community struggle for almost everything like entitlements, livelihood, education etc. so he decided to do MSW and give the maximum advantages of his community by using knowledge and skills which he learnt throughout the MSW course. When he heard about the ECONET fellowship program he immediately decided to get this chance and use it for his community sustainable development
Manoj Kambale
Manoj is dynamic individual he has done his graduation in commerce field he is also working as a reporter for local newspaper called “Mandesh Express”. Manoj has belonging from SC community but he used to work with AGRANI CBO’s in kharsundi while working with this CBO he saw a struggle of nomadic community very closely. He wanted to make a youth network and strengthen them to sort out all the problems related to the NT, DNT community through this fellowship program.
Sagar Pawar
Sagar has done his education till 12th std due to low financial condition he could not pursue further study. Sagar is belonging from pardhi community British stamped on this community as criminal in 1871 it is true that padit Jawaharlal Nehru free them from this stamp but still todays they treated as a criminal by the other communities or society they have face lot of harassments for being pardhi sagar just trying to bring his community toward mainstream and also trying fill this socio-economic gap through this fellowship program
Shivaji Shendage
Shivaji has done his masters in social work he has good experience of social development activities he served for various organization like Lupian Foundation Dhule, Award NGO satara,, ZP Satara, The Women Welfare Society Satara, Scope NGO Satara, Nehru Yuva Kendra Satara etc. Shivaji form NGO named BHAKAR FOUNDATION through this NGO he is running various activities. Through this fellowship he wanted to established huge and active network of NT, DNT communities which help to bring sustainable development of the same.
Vijay Mane
ijay has done his masters in social work after completing his masters he served for various organization like Lokkalyan Charitible Trust Satara, Amhi Amchya Arogyasathi Gadchiroli, Samjita Samajik Abhiyan Orrisa etc. Through this fellowship programme vijay wanted to bring all “Kaikadi” community to the mainstream and upgrade their traditional skills and make them competent.
Swati Jamdhade
Swati having experience of social development sectors she is working with savitribai phule bahuudeshiya sanstha Pusad from last five years. She is always waiting to right opportunity to get chance to work for nomadic community this fellowship program given chance to her for work closely to nomadic community. Swati is basically from SC community but interested to work for nomadic community especially with the women’s.
Surekha Atram
Surekha done her masters in social work she is associated with “Naviumed” organization Pandarkawada. Suribai wanted to work for NT, DNT children she would like to work on school dropout children and enroll them to the schools near by according to her this fellowship is a road to reach decided goals.
Sunita Bhosale
Sunita tai has started their social work in very early ages she is having huge experience of social development activities. She is associated with Fase -Pardhi Sanghatana, Manavi Hakka Abhiyaan and Dalit Foundation. Sunita tai also form a NGO named Kranti Organization she wanted to work on issues related to pardhi community especially women’s throughout this fellowship program.
Reeta Mane
Reeta has done diploma in education and also completed her masters in Marathi. She has done a lot of struggle while perusing her education especially as a woman she just wanted to create awareness among the NT, DNT women about the education and giving the advantages of government schemes to the NT, DNT community through this fellowship programme.
Shatrughna Pawar
Shatrughna belonging from Laman community he is associated with the “Samarthya Organization” Osmanabad since from last five years. Shatrughna participated in various social development activities like health program, leadership development program etc. Shatrughna has dons his masters in geography in very difficult financial condition. He wanted to work on issues like gender, women and youth empowerment through this fellowship program.
