The data was quite enormous even after computation and we would have gone into printing of multiple volumes to bring forth the entire comparative picture. The voluminous compilation we thought would be, both limiting and not user friendly. Therefore we decide to bring out the data in form of a Compact Disc though we are aware that this also leads to limited use of data. Any one interested in further exploration can get in touch with ECONET.
The Study was an important trigger in designing a multisite intervention plan in the work areas of the member organisations of NTFP Forum Maharashtra namely, Maharashtra Arogya Mandal, Lokpanchayat, ECONET, Lokparyay, Gramin Samasya Mukti Trust (GSMT), SRUJAN and Navi Ummed.
This publication and Study would not have been possible without valuable contribution and participation of the Tribal Community.
