Subject: - Government of Maharashtra issues GR regarding Temporary BPL card to all Beddi worker, Pardhi and Kolhati community in Maharashtra state.

This is the temporary scheme though which government is giving BLP (yellow card) to all Beedi worker, Pardhi and Kolhati community and on that card there is stamp which shows that they are temporary beneficiary of BPL schemes.
